Linda is the Children’s Director at Country Church of the Open Bible. Dave and Linda met while both were working for Franz Bakery, and they have been married for twenty-five years now. Between the two of them they have six children, all grown and living in the Inland northwest. In addition to their children they also have eleven grandchildren.

Linda was born in Spokane, Wa. and was raised in Elk. She came to know Jesus as a teenager while attending a neighbors home Bible study group. In the early years she attended Foothills Mission Church, attending Bible studies as well as teaching on occasion. Linda also served as a children’s Sunday school teacher for a season at Foothills. Dave and Linda have been attending Country Church of the Open Bible for about twelve years now.

Previously Linda was employed by Franz Bakery in sales, merchandising, and then supervision. Prior to becoming the Children’s Director, Linda worked in Newport at the Head Start Center as a preschool teacher for 13 years. Dave is a mechanic at Franz Bakery where he’s been employed for the past 28 years. Linda considers it a privilege to have the opportunity to speak into the lives of kids and families, to share the love of Jesus with them, and provide opportunities for children to grow in the knowledge of God.
