Children's Director Linda Hankel

Linda was born in Spokane, Wa. and was raised in Elk. She came to know Jesus as a teenager while attending a neighbors home Bible study group. In the early years she attended Foothills Mission Church, attending Bible studies as well as teaching on occasion. Linda also served as a children’s Sunday school teacher for a season at Foothills. Linda and her husband have been attending Country Church since 2010.
Prior to becoming the Children’s Director, Linda worked in Newport at the Head Start Center as a preschool teacher for 13 years. Linda considers it a privilege to have the opportunity to speak into the lives of kids and families, to share the love of Jesus with them, and provide opportunities for children to grow in the knowledge of God.
